Ethics why is it important in the Aviation Industry?

    Ethics are an indispensable piece of the aviation industry. High professional and ethical standards are expected of everybody, from the designer/engineer to the pilot to guarantee safe flight activities.

    Ethical behavior is vital to all parts of the building and flying an aircraft. When you are building the plane you must adhere to all required steps and don't take shortcuts cause it could cause an issue later while the plane is in flight. When you do not take shortcuts you are practicing ethical behavior. When you are flying you need to have ethics because the passengers life is in your hands. You don't want to come to work drunk and try to fly a plane a possibly risk the life of your passengers. 

    These are some of the reasons why ethics is very important in the aviation industry. Ethical behavior in the aviation industry can be the difference between life and death.
